I am a seasoned Senior Executive with 25 years of experience that spans across Petro-chemical, Energy, FMCG, Gases, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Facilities Management Industries and Consulting Services. I have worked for companies such as Sasol, Nestle SA, African Oxygen Company (Afrox), Linde AG, Medipost Group, Servest Group and recently Petroleum Oil and Gas Corporation of SA SOC (PetroSA).

Since 2012, I have been an Executive in different companies responsible for leading multi- billion-rand companies as their Group CEO.I have been Non-Executive Director, and Chairman of Boards of Directors and Committees in several companies and my experience cuts across companies here is South Africa and outside the borders e.g., Botswana, Malawi, Ghana and Germany.

My technical, functional and leadership experience and exposure includes General Business Management, Strategy Development & Execution, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, M&A, Leadership Development & Executive Development, Projects & Engineering Management, Change Management, Process Engineering & Business Process Improvement, SHERQ, Digital Transformation & Technology and Supply Chain, including international experience – where I spent 3 years in a global role, driving the implementation of a High Performance Culture across more than 100 countries in the Linde world. 

I hold two master’s degrees, one in engineering and another in business leadership. I am a graduate from UCT, University of Stellenbosch and UNISA School of Business Leadership and have completed an Executive Development Programme with – Said Business School at Oxford University in London. I am a registered professional engineer  recognised by the ECSA and hold a government certificate of competency for my knowledge, skills, and education. I am a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt change agent.

My strengths and passion include, amongst others – Strategy Development & Execution, High Performance, Leadership Development, Business Support & Turnaround, Investment, Integrated Risk Management, including several years of experience in Corporatization, Governance and Ethics, which are central  in  my leadership style of bringing sustainable change in organisations that I have lead. Long after I left, people still refer to the positive impact I have brought in those organisations.
